  11. Prepare 8-10 of curry leaves.
  12. You need of Chopped coriander leaves optional.

  6. Then heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and 1/2 cup water. Bring it to boil..
  7. Pour this temper over cooked dhokla..
  8. Cut into square and serve with green chutney..
