Moong dal dhokla step by step
- Soak mung dal for 2-3hours.
- After 2-3hour remove exis water grind it in to a fine paste.
- Remove this paste in a vessel add salt green chilli paste ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add curd and gramflour and make a batter of required consistancy.
- Add water in steamer put it on flame so it get ready to steam dhokla.
- Grease a dish and put it on steamer.
- Add eno in the prepared batter and mix so well for 2-3minuts.
- Pour this batter in greased dish close the steamer and let it cook on medium flame for 10-12minuts.
- After 10minuts check the dhokla by inserting toothpick if it comes oout clean it is done turn off the flame let it cools down.
- Demould dhokla from dish.
- Heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds curry leaves and green chilli and pour this tadka over dhokla.
- Garnish with some cherries and serve with sauce or chutney.
