Steam Baked Rava Gujiyas step by step
- Add rava and salt to finely boiling water..
- Mix well, turn off the flame, keep aside..
- Mix all ingredients under stuffing and prepare the stuffing..
- Add milkmaid to soft rava, mix well to avoid lumps..
- Allow rest 5 minutes to soft but stiff dough..
- In the meantime boil some water in idli vessel or steamer..
