- Make a smooth Dosa batter using the well soaked Raw Rice and Green Gram. Stir in Salt and mix well. Spread Dosa on a non stick tawa. Pour one beaten Egg on top of each Dosa and cover it to cook on a low heat. Don't forget to sprinkle some Red chilli and Parsley flakes both. Serve hot with any Chutney of your choice..
