- You need 1 cup of ragi flour.
- You need Pinch of salt.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- It's 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric Powder.
- You need 1/4 tea spoon of dhaniya powder.
- Prepare 1.4 tea spoon of garam masala powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/4 tea spoon of ginger garlic paste.

Ragi Egg Paratha step by step
- In a bowl take ragi flour.
- Add pinch salt and make dough.
- Give 5-10 mins rest.
- Chop onion,green chillies, chop coriander etc.
- In a bowl whisk the egg add turmeric dhaniya Powder garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste and whisk once again.
- Add onion, green chillies and coriander to the egg mixture mix and keep aside.
- Take small ball from dough and apply little flour and roll gently..
- Heat the tawa, on tawa put ragi paratha on this paratha spread the egg mixture dvenlh with the spoon..
