- Prepare 1 of &1/2 cup Sweet Mango pulp.
- You need A few of small mango cubes.

- You need 1 drop of yellow colour (optional).

- Boil the milk,and make chena from it.U can use either vinegar or lime juice. Once chena is done, wash thoroughly with cold water, so that the sourness goes away..
- Mash the chena with the palm of ur hand to make a smooth paste.Now take a non stick pan,and put the chena in it.Keep the flame low, and keep stirring continuously. Add a pinch of salt. Add a drop of mango essence, and a drop of yellow colour. Mix properly. Now add the mango pulp. Keep stirring till the moisture evaporates, keeping a slight smooth texture..
- Grease a thali with ghee, and pour the chena/mango mixture on the plate.With the help of a spatula make the surface plain. Leave it to cool, either in the fridge, or in room temperature..
