- Prepare of rava.
- It's of oil.
- You need of ajwain.
- It's of salt.

Whole wheat aloo gujiya step by step
- Mix flour,rava,oil,salt and ajwain and make a stiff dough keep it covered for rest.
- Mix all the ingredients of filling except sesame seed and keep in fridge.
- After 10 mins take out potato filling and make small balls from it.
- Take a portion of dough and roll it on cut small size roundles with cutter.
- Keep potato balls on one side and fold like gujiha.
- Stick sesame seeds on outer side and deep fry it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato sauce.
