Ingredients of Veg Rava Appam/appe
- It's 1 cup of suji.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of curd.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of eno.
- It's 1 of small onion finely chopped.
- You need 1 of tomato finely chopped.
- You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of oregano.
- You need as needed of Water.
- You need as needed of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
Veg Rava Appam/appe instructions
- First take a bowl and add fine suji/rava and add curd, salt mix well..
- Add water if needed, make smooth better. Rest this better for 10 minutes so suji rise properly..
- Now add all the veggies onion, tomato,green chillies, coriander..
- Mix all the ingredients well..
- Now add spices in it so, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and oregano. Mix everything well..
- Now add eno and some water and mix really well..
- Take appam pan and grease with oil. Pour the better and cover pam with lid for cooking fast..
- After 2 minutes flip all appams and put some oil on it. Then again cook for 2 minutes. Check with knife if it comes out clean then appam is ready..
- Serve it with tomato sauce..
