  1. It's 1 cup of suji.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of curd.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  4. It's 1 tsp of eno.
  5. It's 1 of small onion finely chopped.
  6. You need 1 of tomato finely chopped.
  7. You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
  8. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. You need 1/4 tsp of oregano.
  11. You need as needed of Water.
  12. You need as needed of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

Veg Rava Appam/appe instructions

  1. First take a bowl and add fine suji/rava and add curd, salt mix well..
  2. Add water if needed, make smooth better. Rest this better for 10 minutes so suji rise properly..
  3. Now add all the veggies onion, tomato,green chillies, coriander..
  4. Mix all the ingredients well..
  5. Now add spices in it so, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and oregano. Mix everything well..
  6. Now add eno and some water and mix really well..
  7. Take appam pan and grease with oil. Pour the better and cover pam with lid for cooking fast..
  8. After 2 minutes flip all appams and put some oil on it. Then again cook for 2 minutes. Check with knife if it comes out clean then appam is ready..
  9. Serve it with tomato sauce..
