- Prepare 2 litre of Milk.
- It's 2 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 10 pieces of Badam.
- You need 4-6 tbsp of Curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cardamon powder.

- Boil milk in saucepan, once it boil add curd to it. It will curdle. Then turn off the flame and pour the curdle milk in muslin cloth and filter it. Then hang the paneer for 10 mins..
- Take paneer in plate and massage with palm softly till it becomes soft dough..
- Make small balls of the dough,flatten with hand and keep it aside..
- Boil water and one cup sugar. Once it starts boiling add paneer balls into it and allow it boil for 15 mins..
- For Rabdi, pour milk in another saucepan boil till it reduces to half. Add sugar to it mix well. Add cardamon powder and sliced badam..
- Once paneer balls are cooked remove them and place them in a bowl..
- Once rabdi is ready refrigerate for one hour..
- Pour the rabdi onto the paneer balls and add more badam slices..
- Serve chill.
