- Take refined flour in a bowl, add salt to it and knead it in a soft dough as the dough for chapati and rest it for 15 min by covering it with a samp cloth..
- After 15 min, knead it again and make it smooth..
- Take 1 egg for 1 paratha. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat the egg,add salt, black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves to it and mix it well..
