  1. To make Koftas,take a mixing bowl.Take Paneer, mashed potatoes in the ratio 2:1.Add salt,red chilli Powder,green cardamom Powder,Coriander leaves,Coarsely ground Cashews,roasted gram flour and 1 tbsp corn flour.Mix well.Knead with hand to prepare dough.on another gas in a wok heat oil on medium flame.Meanwhile make roundels from dough and roll them in corn flour.Dust off extra flour..
