  1. Make a tight dough, with wheat flour and water. Take 3 eggs, in a bowl, add coriander leaves, salt, onion red chilli powder, daniya powder, Jeera powder..
  2. Mix it properly, but don't whisk too much. Keep aside. Take a small portion of dough to roll the roti, after, rolling sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and 1/2 tsp ghee..

  7. Again add oil, and pour egg mixture, spread the egg and cook for a minute. Now cover the egg with roti, from the fully cooked side roti. Press it properly, so the roti, properly stick with egg, now cook for a minute..
