Dal Kachori instructions
- Boil the potatoes.
- Add all the ingredients in the boiled potatoes and mash well.
- Wash and soak toor dal for 2 hrs and pressure cook the Dal up to 3 whistles.
- Now in a kadai, take 2 tbsp ghee and add Rai and jeera and give tadka, then add Curry leaves and all the masalas, then add water and finally add cooked dal and take a boil.
- Now knead the dough for chapatis.
- Take a small ball of the dough and roll a small chapati for kachori and put a small ball of mashed potato mixture on the chapati.
- Cover the potato mixture with chapati from all sides properly and spread them with your fingers to make kachoris.
