- Wash your chicken and marinate it with the blended pawpaw..

- Mix your food color with little oil - Once rice is ready, sprinkle the food color on top or in layers, add your caramelized onions (1 half) and raisins. (NB: This is not mandatory - you can skip the onions and the raisins).
