Ingredients of Mango Ice Cream
- It's 200 ml of heavy cream - cold.
- It's 5-6 tbsp of cold condensed milk.
- It's 2 of Alphonso mangoes pureed - cold.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped mangoes optional.
Mango Ice Cream instructions
- Blend cold cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add condensed milk and blend well. The quantity of condensed milk depends on the sweetness of mangoes.
- Add Mango puree and blend well.
- You can fold in chopped mangoes to ice-cream if desired. This is optional.
- Add the mango ice-cream to cold container and chill for 7 hours or overnight.
- Serve delicious ice-cream cold.
