  9. Prepare of Chana Chatu or Sattu powder.
  10. Prepare of ginger,garlic paste.
  11. It's of black pepper powder.
  12. You need of metha atter.
  13. It's of Salt.
  14. You need of lemon juice.
  15. It's of white oil.

  1. First marinate the prawns with lemon juice.Then marinate the prawns with 1 cup hungcurd,Tanduri masala,1tsp tikka Seekh Kebab Masala,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,2,3 drops metha atter,pepper,1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp Chat powder,salt,onions,tomatoes,capsicum(cuts in square shape) for 1 hour..
  2. Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert the marinate prawns,square onions,tomatoes,capsicum into the Sikh sticks moistened with oil & keep these in grill pan in low red flame for 5 to 10 mints..
  3. After one side is cooked revolve the Sikh sticks to the other side..
  4. Brush the Sikh Kebabs with fried butter garlic & butter Sikh kebab masala..
  5. Serve it with tomato sauce & mayonnaise..
