- Prepare of Chana Chatu or Sattu powder.
- Prepare of ginger,garlic paste.

- You need of metha atter.
- It's of Salt.
- You need of lemon juice.
- It's of white oil.

- First marinate the prawns with lemon juice.Then marinate the prawns with 1 cup hungcurd,Tanduri masala,1tsp tikka Seekh Kebab Masala,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,2,3 drops metha atter,pepper,1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp Chat powder,salt,onions,tomatoes,capsicum(cuts in square shape) for 1 hour..
- Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert the marinate prawns,square onions,tomatoes,capsicum into the Sikh sticks moistened with oil & keep these in grill pan in low red flame for 5 to 10 mints..
- After one side is cooked revolve the Sikh sticks to the other side..
- Brush the Sikh Kebabs with fried butter garlic & butter Sikh kebab masala..
- Serve it with tomato sauce & mayonnaise..
