- You need 1 cup of soaked urad dal.
- It's 250 gm of maida.
- It's 1 tbsp of çumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of fennal seeds.

- Take a bowl put maida gram flour,salt,cumin seeds,baking powder,ghee rub it 8 miniutes..
- It will be light brown..
- Add some water knead it well.keep it a side for rest 10 mimiutes..
- In mixture griender add soaked Dal,2 clove garlic,1 pinch cumin.griend it coarsely..
- Take a pan put ghee in it,let it hot.add çumin cracle it..
- Add ginger,green chillies,saute it..
- Add griended Dal..
- Fry it till some dry.when it gets roasted, it will release a beautiful aroma..
- Add all dry griended spices..
- Whole spices should be first roasted then coarsely griended..
- Then add it in dal.mix it very well.keep it inside..
- Make balls from the dough.roll it out..
- Fill fried Dal in it.roll it again. Make medium thick circle from this..
- Heat the oil,keep it in slow flame.put rolled kachori in it..
- Now keep it in medium flame..
- Fry it till crispy..
- Remove it from the flame..
- Serve it hot - hot with green chuteny & curd..
