  16. Now, add 1 cup curd and stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil..
  17. Now, add prepare gatte and cover it for 3-4 min until gatte absorbs flavour..
  18. Adjust the consistency as required. Add 1/4tsp garam masala and fenugreek leaves. And mix well.besa.
