Ingredients of Besan Ke Gatte

  1. It's of Besan 2 cup + 1 tsp.
  2. You need of Curd 1/2 cup + 2tsp.
  3. Prepare of Jeera.
  4. You need of Asafoetida.
  5. It's of Coriander powder.
  6. It's of Garam masala.
  7. It's of Turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare of Kasuri methi.
  9. Prepare of Garlic cloves 7-8.
  10. Prepare of Ginger.
  11. You need of Green chillies.
  12. It's of Tomatoes.
  13. You need of Chopped coriander.
  14. It's of Salt.
  15. Prepare of Oil.

Besan Ke Gatte instructions

  1. Take 2 cup besan in a bowl, add 2 tsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp asafoetida, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala. mix well you.
  2. Add 2 tsp curd and 2tsp oil and mix well.
  3. Make a dough... Rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Take water in a big utensil.. keep on high flame.
  5. Take some amount of dough and make a cylindrical shape one by one.
  6. Put it boiling water one by one.. now keep flame medium.
  7. Grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
  8. Now check Gatte..if they are floating in water.. keep out from water.
  9. Keep aside and let it cool..keep boiled water aside.
  10. Cut in pieces and dry roast for few minutes.
  11. Hot 2 tsp oil add jeera.. fry for few seconds.
  12. Keep flame low.. add tomatoes mixture..stir...
  13. Blend 1/2 cup curd with 1 tsp besan.
  14. Add 2 tsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp asafoetida, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala. stir well...cook till oil remove.
  15. Add blended curd.. stir well...
  16. Add boiled water 3-4 cup or as required.
  17. Boil gravy for 5 minutes.
  18. Add roasted Gatte..cook another 5 minutes.
  19. Besan Ke Gatte ki sabji is ready.
  20. Serve hot with Rice/Roti.
