Ingredients of Besan Ke Gatte
- It's of Besan 2 cup + 1 tsp.
- You need of Curd 1/2 cup + 2tsp.
- Prepare of Jeera.
- You need of Asafoetida.
- It's of Coriander powder.
- It's of Garam masala.
- It's of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Kasuri methi.
- Prepare of Garlic cloves 7-8.
- Prepare of Ginger.
- You need of Green chillies.
- It's of Tomatoes.
- You need of Chopped coriander.
- It's of Salt.
- Prepare of Oil.
Besan Ke Gatte instructions
- Take 2 cup besan in a bowl, add 2 tsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp asafoetida, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala. mix well you.
- Add 2 tsp curd and 2tsp oil and mix well.
- Make a dough... Rest for 10 minutes.
- Take water in a big utensil.. keep on high flame.
- Take some amount of dough and make a cylindrical shape one by one.
- Put it boiling water one by one.. now keep flame medium.
- Grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Now check Gatte..if they are floating in water.. keep out from water.
- Keep aside and let it cool..keep boiled water aside.
- Cut in pieces and dry roast for few minutes.
- Hot 2 tsp oil add jeera.. fry for few seconds.
- Keep flame low.. add tomatoes mixture..stir...
- Blend 1/2 cup curd with 1 tsp besan.
- Add 2 tsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp asafoetida, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp garam masala. stir well...cook till oil remove.
- Add blended curd.. stir well...
- Add boiled water 3-4 cup or as required.
- Boil gravy for 5 minutes.
- Add roasted Gatte..cook another 5 minutes.
- Besan Ke Gatte ki sabji is ready.
- Serve hot with Rice/Roti.
