Besan Ke Gatte Ki Sabji step by step

  1. In a large bowl take 1- cup besan.,add ajwainadd,Salt, haldipwoder,hing,oil and water..
  2. Mix well making the dough turns moist and all spices are mixed well..
  3. Add water and knead the dough for 5- minutes..
  4. Knead to smooth and soft dough.now pinch a ball size dough..
  5. In a large idli cooker add water.water comes to a boil prepared besan dough.boil for 15- minutes..
  6. Boiled besan dough into a plate.cut the Gatte into small pieces..
  7. In a kadai heat 3- tbsp oil and add cumin seeds,hing, haldipwoder,,add ginger, garlic, chilli paste,saute well.add 1- cup water,add 1/2- cup curd and stir, mixture comes to a boil add gatte.mix well.
  8. Cover and boil for 10- minutes.
  9. Gatte ki sabji is ready.
  10. Garnish with coriander and green garlic..
  11. Serve Gatte ki sabji with paratha serve hot..
