  8. You need of Chaat masala.
  9. Prepare of Salt.

  13. It's of Chopped garlic.
  14. Prepare of Chopped nuts (cashew, Walnut).
  15. Prepare of Oil.
  16. You need of Bread crumbs (optional).

Oats Beetroot Seekh kabab step by step

  1. Take some hot oil in a pan and add Onion, garlic, Chilli..saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add beetroot and Saute for 5-6 minutes on low-medium flame.
  3. Now add Potatoes and spices...mix well and stir continue for 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame.
  4. At last add nuts and Coriander leaves and switch off the gas...take out Mixture and let it cool for 10 minutes.....
  5. If Mixture is loose and not binding then add bread crumbs...it will help in binding.
  6. Now take some mixture in greased palms and wrapped into skewers and coat it from oats.....
  7. Shallow fry into a non-stick pan on low-medium flame.....
