- Prepare of Grated Beetroot-.
- Prepare of Boiled mashed potatoes.
- It's of Masala Oats.
- You need of Turmeric powder.
- You need of Coriander powder.
- You need of Kitchen king Masala.
- You need of Cumin powder.
- You need of Chaat masala.
- Prepare of Salt.
- It's of Chopped onion.
- Prepare of Chopped Coriander.
- It's of Chopped green chilli.
- It's of Chopped garlic.
- Prepare of Chopped nuts (cashew, Walnut).
- Prepare of Oil.
- You need of Bread crumbs (optional).
Oats Beetroot Seekh kabab step by step
- Take some hot oil in a pan and add Onion, garlic, Chilli..saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add beetroot and Saute for 5-6 minutes on low-medium flame.
- Now add Potatoes and spices...mix well and stir continue for 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame.
- At last add nuts and Coriander leaves and switch off the gas...take out Mixture and let it cool for 10 minutes.....
- If Mixture is loose and not binding then add bread crumbs...it will help in binding.
- Now take some mixture in greased palms and wrapped into skewers and coat it from oats.....
- Shallow fry into a non-stick pan on low-medium flame.....
