Ingredients of Mango Kalakand

  1. You need 1 kg of Homemade chena-milk.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Fresh Mango puree.
  3. It's 1/4 cup of Milk powder.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of Powder Sugar.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of Condensed milk.
  6. It's as needed of Kaju and tooti-fruiti.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Mango Aroma.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Desi gheefor greesing.

Mango Kalakand instructions

  1. Take homemade chhena mash with palm continuously till then soft..
  2. Add Sugar,Condensed milk and milk powder. Mix well..
  3. Take non-stick kadai on gas put chhena mixer and saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add fresh Mango Puree stir till then bind well..
  4. Keep aside for cool.Add mango Mix well..
  5. Grese plate with ghee put chenna mango bater on it plan it and garnish with Kaju and tooti-fruiti..
  6. Keep cool on room temperature then after cool in fridge..
  7. Cut pieces with cutter. Yummy Mango Kalakand is ready..
