Ingredients of Corn Kalakand

  1. You need 1 cup of corn, boiled & blended.
  2. It's 100 gm of paneer crumbled.
  3. You need 1tbsp of ghee.
  4. Prepare 2-3 tbsp. of honey.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of milk powder.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.
  8. Prepare a pinch of saffron.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp. of kewra water.
  10. You need 1-2 tbsp. of chopped pistachios, almonds & tutti frutti.

Corn Kalakand step by step

  1. Soak the saffron in the milk for some time and keep aside..
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and saute the corn till it leaves the sides of the pan..
  3. Add rest of the ingredients (except honey and chopped nuts)..
  4. Add the honey & mix well. Switch off the flame..
  5. Transfer the contents to a greased plate..
  6. Garnish with the chopped pistachios, almonds & tutti frutti and refrigerate for a while after it comes to room temperature. Slice as desired & enjoy..
