  1. It's of kheema (minced meat).
  2. It's of chana dal (soaked in waterfor 2 hrs).
  3. It's of garlic.
  4. You need of onion roughly chopped.
  5. You need of tomato roughly chopped.
  6. Prepare of green chillies.
  7. You need of garam masala powder.
  8. Prepare of turmeric powder.
  9. You need of red chilli powder.
  10. You need of coriander powder.
  11. You need of oil/ghee(clarified butter).
  12. You need of water.
  13. You need of salt.
  14. Prepare of following to be added after blending...
  15. Prepare of finely chopped onions.
  16. Prepare of finely chopped mint & coriander leaves.
  17. It's of chopped green chillies.
  18. It's of beaten eggs.
  19. It's of thick cream for coating ,bread crumbs.

Mughlai Seekh Kabab step by step

  1. Except blending ingredients & breadcrumbs mix all the above ingredients (from minced mutton to salt) & bring to a boil. stir on medium heat for few minutes before reducing to low heat until all the water evaporates & the meat & dal is cooked..
  2. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.cool the mixture & blend it in a mixie to smooth paste. add salt, chopped onions, cream, chopped mint & coriander leaves,green chillies & knead it like a dough..
  3. Take a big ball ofthe minced meat mixture and press it on to the skewer or wooden sticks like seekh kababs..
  4. Roll it in bread crumbs & refrigerate for few hours..
  5. Deep fry till crisp & perfect.
  6. & serve hot with dips of ur choice..
