- Preheat oven to 200 degrees & grease a baking tray. blend the ingredients (chicken mince till green chillies)to smooth paste. Make dough. divide mixture into equal size balls..
- Take small portions ofthe mixture and stick it to the wooden or metal Skewers length wisejust like seekh kababs do the similar procedure for the remaining mixture as well. arrange them in the greased tray, brush little oil on top & bake for 15-20 mints or until done..
- U can also shallow fry the seekh kababs on medium heat. remove the skewers when chicken is tender & cooked. cut the seekh kababs in two pieces & keep them aside in a dish..
- For gravy : heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas (red chilli, coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds. add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes. (add green chillies only if u want extra spicy).
- Once the oil floats on top add the grilled seekh kababs & mix well..
- Garnish with coriander leaves & lil beat of grated cheese.
