- It's 1 cup of vermicelli.
- You need 1 tablespoon of ghee.
- It's 1 cup of Boiling water.
- It's Pinch of aesofeotida/ hing.

- Roast vermicelli in ghee until golden brown in colour..
- Add boiling water mix. Cover and set aside for few minutes.
- In a kadhai pan heat oil.
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, udad dal and saute. Add green chillies and carrot..
- Add green peas and saute well, until they become soft.
- Add hing, sugar, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Add juice of 2 lime and saute.
- Switch off flame. Cover the kadhai for few minutes..
