- Take a bowl and add curd into it..
- Add salt(1tsp), red chilli powder(1tsp), cumin powder(1tsp)..
- Then black salt(1/2tsp), water, green salt(2tsp) into this curd..
- Mix it well and keep aside..
- Heat refined oil and add cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves..
- Add this tadka to the curd and mix it well..
- Add vada to this curd. Squeeze vadas before adding them into the curd. Rest it for 1 hour..
- After 1 hour take a bowl and put dahi vada into it. Then add dum aaloo curry, coriander leaves, chopped onions..
- Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder and black salt according to taste..
