Ingredients of Rice Kheer
- Prepare 1 litre of milk.
- It's 3/4 cup of rice.
- You need 1 of elachi(cardamom).
- Prepare pinch of Kesar(saffron).
- You need 2 tsp of Rose water.
- It's 2 tsp of ghee.
- You need 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- It's 5-6 of badam(almonds).
Rice Kheer instructions
- Soak rice,for 1/2 hour.grind it with few strands Kesar and elachi,add to 1 Lt boiled milk.keep stirring constantly.
- Soak badam for few hours or boil it to remove skin.grind badam and add to milk keep stirring. Add ghee while stirring,add rose water,when rice is cooked (boiled).add sugar according to taste.mix till it melts and thickens, serve hot or cold..
