Dahi wale aloo step by step

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai add bay leaves, jeera fry till fragrant add sliced onions fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and chilli paste fry for a few mins.
  2. Add the haldi powder, jeera powder, dhania powder and red chilli powder fry for a few mins add little water if too dry. Then add well-beaten curds and cook till oil leaves the sides.
  3. Add enough hot water to it let it boil add salt and potatoes cover and cook on medium flame till potatoes are done and the gravy is thick. Sprinkle coriander leaves and kitchen king masala and simmer for few mins.
