Ingredients of Whosayna’s Baadam Sherbet
- Prepare 1 ltr of Milk.
- Prepare 1 tin of Evaporated Milk.
- You need 1 tbsp of Sabza/Takmaria/Sweet Basil Seeds.
- You need of Sugar (as required).
- It's 1/2 tsp of Almond essence.
- You need 1 tsp of Rose or Ice Cream essence.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Almonds (soaked in hot water and peel removed).
- It's 3 tbsp of Vermicelli (boiled in water and strained).
- Prepare pinch of Red colour.
- Prepare 1 cup of Fresh cream.
Whosayna’s Baadam Sherbet instructions
- Soak sweet basil in 1/4 cup water and set aside. Blend milks, few ice cubes, cream, sugar, almonds and essence till all almonds are ground (can switch to powdering almonds first then blending all). Keep in a jug add sabza, sev and some slivered baadam with ice cubes, serve cold.
