- You need of Minced Beef (Keema).
- You need of medium Onion (grounded).
- You need of more medium Onion (chopped).
- Prepare of Green Chillies.
- You need of Red Chilli Powder.
- Prepare of Green Papaya (crushed to a paste along with the skin).
- It's of Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped).
- It's of Cardamom Pods.
- You need of Black Pepper (freshly ground).
- You need of Garam Masala Powder.

Seekh Kabab step by step
- In a bowl combine minced meat with all ingredients except for the oil and mix well. Knead with hands for about 5 to 10 minutes. (It is very important to knead it because the papaya must be mixed well in order to make the kababs soft.) Set aside for 2 hours..
