- To Make 1st layer : Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction..
- Now add ½ cup of sugar, ¼ tsp salt and stir until sugar has dissolved, it's time to add mango pulp, keep stirring continuously to mix all well..
- Pour jelly into a rose shaped cup mould or any other shape moulds, freeze it for 1 hours or until set..
- To Make 2nd Layer : Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction. It's time to add ½ cup of sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved..
- Now add 1 cup of coconut milk and rose essence to the saucepan and keep stirring continuously to mix all well..
- Now, take out 1st layer of jelly, pour about a tbsp of 2nd layer of jelly and place removed 1 st layer and pour more jelly, or add above 1st layer of jelly, freeze it for 1 hour or until set..
