  1. Prepare 2/3 cup of sour curd.
  2. It's 2/3 of boiled mashed Potatoes.
  3. It's 1 of Green chilli.
  4. You need accordingly to need of Green coriander.
  5. It's 1/2 tbsp of Cumin seed.
  6. You need 1/2 tbs of Turmeric.
  7. It's 1 pinch of Hing / asfoetida.
  8. Prepare 8/9 of Curry patta.
  9. It's accordingly to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare as per taste of Red chilli.
  11. It's 1/4 tbsp of Coriander powder.

Dahi wale aloo (potato curd curry) instructions

  1. Blend curd and keep aside now in mashed potatoes mix salt green chilli and green coriander.
  2. Mix potatoes in curd and put on gas in medium flame and continuesly stirring when boiling start slow the flame and cook for 5/7min.
  3. Now in a tdka pan put oil or ghee add hing cumin green chilli turmeric powder and curry patta and pour this tadka in dahi add salt and cook 2/3min.
  4. Now off the flame serve with chapati or rice.
