- Wash and cut potatoes into big vertical pieces..
- In a kadhai take oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle..
- Add chopped onions,garlic,finer, turmeric powder and aestofida and saute till onions become soft..
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala and potatoes and peas. Mix well.add salt and 1/2 cup water and cook with lid for 10-15 mins..
- Add curd and mix well. Cook for 5 mins with no lid..
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve..
