- In a kadhai dry roast vermicelli for 2 to 3 minutes.or till it turns golden brown...keep it aside..
- Heat refine oil in the kadai..add mustard seeds and dal.let it crackle...
- Add sliced onions green chilies and curry leaves.saute for 1 minute..
- Add peanuts. stir it.
- Add all the vegetables and stir it for some time with salt and a little turmeric powder.cook it for 2to 3 minutes..
- Add 21/2 cup water.let it come to boiling point..
- Add roasted vermicelli.cook it on low flame.Add a little sugar and tomato sauce.cover it with a lid..
- Cook it for five minutes or till the water is dried up..
- Check the seasoning and serve hot with tomato sauce..
