Ingredients of Homemade Lal sharbat
- It's 1 kg of sugar.
- You need 2 of Tb. Spoon milk.
- Prepare 4 of glass(normal size) water.
- It's 1 tsp of red food colour. (in powder form.
- Prepare of Rose green essence ((bush company). If available.
Homemade Lal sharbat instructions
- Take a dekchi, put sugar and water.put on stove. Stir till sugar melts..
- When water start boiling add milk put on medium flame. do not stir after adding milk..
- After 5 to 10 mnts remove scum from the surface and do it twice or thrice till the syrup gets clear..
- Now slow the flame,and cook till syrup is sticky. Aprox.water decreases 1" at sides of dekchi..
- Turn Off the flame, cool it.add colour in 2-tbsp of water and this in sugar syrup.you can add more colour if need.1/3rd bottle of essence or 3-4tbsp..
- Now strain the whole syrup and fill the bottle of 1litre size.this sharbat is also very tasty in milk. (milk rose)..
