  8. You need 4 cups of water.

  1. Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp oil. Add Vermicelli and rosted it for 5 minutes or till it become light brown in colour. Fry at low flame..
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When cumin turns brown add 1 tbsp chana dal. Stir on saute them on a low flame till the chana dal become golden..
  3. Add green chilli and Curry leaves and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and saute till light pink..
  4. Add rosted Vermicelli and mix well. Now add 4 cups of water.Add salt as per taste. Cover and cook in a low flame till the Vermicelli gets cooked well. Keep stirring till the mixture become slightly dry. Switch off the flame and served it hot..
