Prepare 4 cups of raw rice.
It's 1/2 cup of cooked rice.
It's 1/2 cup of flour.
It's 1 tbsp of yeast.
Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
You need 1 tsp of salt.
It's 1 tbsp of baking powder.
It's of Vegetable oil.

Masa/waina instructions

Wash and Soak rice for 4 hrs or overnight.
After soaking,drain water and rinse..
Then you blend the soaked rice together with cooked rice,flour and a tsp of yeast until smooth gradually adding water..
Cover and allow to rise for 8 hrs or overnight.
Add the remaining 2 tsp of yeast,salt and sugar and mix together.Set aside and allow to rise in a warm place for an hour.
Heat your skillet/tanda in hausa, add little oil and fry..
