  3. In a deep pan heat oil and butter together..
  4. Add jeera and ggc paste..
  5. When jeera splutter add onion paste..
  6. Cook onion till light brown..
  7. Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder..
  8. Add tomatoes puree..
  9. Cook till gravy stands on oil.Then add kasoori methi..
  10. Now add kaju paste..
  11. Add some water with kaju paste to avoid sticking at bottom..
  12. Adjust the gravy by adding water as required..
  13. While serving u can add fresh cream..
  14. Plate the koftas in a dish and pour hot gravy over it..
  15. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala..
