- Mix boil potatoes, paneer,red chilli powder, salt,jeera,Cornflour, green chillies and make koftas..
- Deep fry these koftas.(keep aside).
- In a deep pan heat oil and butter together..
- Add jeera and ggc paste..
- When jeera splutter add onion paste..
- Cook onion till light brown..
- Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder..
- Add tomatoes puree..
- Cook till gravy stands on oil.Then add kasoori methi..
- Now add kaju paste..
- Add some water with kaju paste to avoid sticking at bottom..
- Adjust the gravy by adding water as required..
- While serving u can add fresh cream..
- Plate the koftas in a dish and pour hot gravy over it..
