1. Take mixing bowl and add maida,baking soda,baking powder,cocoa powder and mix it.now sieve 3-4 times..
2. Now add oil,sugar,milk and essence and chopped strawberry.then mix well. Now grease cake tray and pour cake mixture to it..
3. Now bake it in pre heated cooker for 40 minutes at low flame..
4. Then cool down cake and cut two circles using cookie cutter..
