- Boil potatoes and mash them.Add salt/rock salt,roasted jeera powder,chaat masala,chopped coriander,pinch of red chilli powder,chickpea flour and mash all.Form into 7-8 flat round tikkis.Drizzle oil or ghee in a pan and shallow fry tikkis turning over when one side done..
