- We will use tawa for making paratha.
- For dough mix all the dough ingredients and knead a soft dough.
- Now mix all the spices in chicken mince and mix well.
- Heat karahi or tawa by apply half spoon of olive oil Now take a handful of qeema mixture and set on seekh,and cook from both side 2 mins each,give coal smoke and set aside.
- Now for paratha make small balls from dough and make parathas.
- Now cook paratha by applying desired amount of oil or ghee on tawa cook 2 mins each side.
- For filling apply mayonnaise on paratha and put kabab, add slice of onion and a dash of ketchup and few mint leaves roll and enjoy.
