- You need 2/3 cup of sour curd.
- You need 2/3 of boiled mashed Potatoes.
- It's 1 of Green chilli.
- You need accordingly to need of Green coriander.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Cumin seed.
- It's 1/2 tbs of Turmeric.
- You need 1 pinch of Hing / asfoetida.
- Prepare 8/9 of Curry patta.

Dahi wale aloo (potato curd curry) instructions
- Blend curd and keep aside now in mashed potatoes mix salt green chilli and green coriander.
- Mix potatoes in curd and put on gas in medium flame and continuesly stirring when boiling start slow the flame and cook for 5/7min.
- Now in a tdka pan put oil or ghee add hing cumin green chilli turmeric powder and curry patta and pour this tadka in dahi add salt and cook 2/3min.
- Now off the flame serve with chapati or rice.
