Gobhi Ke Kofte instructions
- Take 2 cup grated Cauliflower in a large mixing bowl..
- Add paneer and mashed potato..
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves..
- Add roasted gram flour, corn flour and salt..
- Mix well making sure to form a soft dough..
- Now grease hands with oil and prepare small balls..
- Deep fry in medium hot oil stirring occasionally..
- Fry until the kofta turns golden and crisp and keep on tissue paper..
- For curry, in a kadai heat oil and add spices like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin..
- Now add chopped onion and fry till pink in colour..
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté to a golden brown..
- Keeping the flame on low add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt..
- Sauté on low flame until it turns aromat..
- Add tomato puree and saute well until oil separates..
- Add 1 cup water, cream and stir well..
- Add peas and mix well..
- Cover and boil for 5 minutes or until peas are cooked well..
- Add fried gobhi kofte and mix gently..
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well..
- Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mix well..
- Transfer in serving bowl and garnish with some coriander leaves and cream..
