  1. It's 1 cup of Vermicelli -1cup.
  2. You need 1.5 cup of Water.
  3. You need 3 of Green chillies.
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Ginger and garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Chopped veggies (our own choice).
  6. It's 10 of Soya chunks.
  7. It's 15 of Curry leaves.
  8. You need -1/2cup of Coriander and mint leaves.
  9. It's 3-4 of Dry masala grains(cinnamon, elaichi,cloves).
  10. You need 2 of Bay leaves.
  11. It's 1/2spoon of Garam masala.
  12. You need to taste of Salt.
  13. Prepare as required of oil and ghee.
  14. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Black gram.
  15. You need 1 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
  16. You need 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds.

Vermicelli Masala Upma step by step

  1. Firstly roast the vermicelli with some ghee..
  2. In a pan heat some oil and ghee and add black gram,mustard seeds,cumin.let them fry for a whileand add green chilli,ginger garlic paste.fry nicely..
  3. Now add onions and fry until they changes their colour..
  4. After that add soya mint and coriander and fry for 5 minutes..
  5. Now add water,salt and garam masala and close with a lid,cook until the veggies are cooked.
  6. Now add the roasted vermicelli and cook for anothe 5min on low flame.
  7. At last add some ghee..
