  1. You need 500 gm of beef.
  2. It's 500 gm of lauki(cut into slices).

Lauki gosht instructions

  1. First heat a pressure cooker with oil add all the whole spices sauté it then add onion fry till soft..
  2. Now add tomato fry for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder and salt mix it and add beef pieces mix it well..
  3. Then add all the powdered masalas and fry it for 5-7 minutes on high flame..
  4. After that add enough water cover and pressure cook for 10 minutes or until 50% cooked..
  5. After that open the lid and cook it on high flame till oil separates on the top..
  6. Now add whole red chilli (remove the seeds), sliced lauki (you can add lauki in cube shape) mix it and add little water, again cook it for 7-8 minutes till it’s done..
  7. Our delicious lauki gosht are ready to serve..
