- Place a frying pan & turn on the gas, Dry roast cloves, pepper, 1 medium Cinnamon, black cardamom 2,4 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilies, grated coconut Dry roast 15 -20 second on low flame.Once done, keep the spices aside to cool them down.
