- Chop the vegetables..
- Place a kadhai on the stove(medium flame). Add oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds and urad dal. When the dal is roasted well add in Curry leaves and green chillies..
- Add in onions and other vegetables and saute for 2 mins..
- Add in water and required amounnt of salt and allow it to come to a boil..
- After which add the Vermicelli(I prefer using "anil Vermicelli"). Close with a lid and allow it to cook for 2 mins. Stir in regular intervals..
- Add in a tsp of ghee.
