  1. Wash nicely spinach in running water two to three times. Blunch spinach and green peas with salted water for five minutes. once it is done. Keepin a cold water and drain it..
  2. Grind spinach and green peas. Transfer to a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, corn starch, gram flour green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mango powder, roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix.....it.
  3. Divide from the mixture.Take a small ball and make a cutlet in shape..
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Shallow fry the kebab till it becomes golden brown in colour. Once it is done. Take out in a kitchen paper to drain the excess oil. Transfer to a serving plate.
