- Fry Gobli-in a pan,take 2 tbsp oil.add onion to it,saute it until it gets lightly browned.Now add capsicum and onion to it.saute it for 5 minutes.add cauliflower to it and add all spices to it.cover it with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Fry Gobhi is ready..
